------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sun Feb 19 13:15:10 -0800 2006 ------- In the Writer (and Calc) interface of OOo 2.0.2-RC1, "File -> Export" and "File -> Export as PDF" have exactly the same functionality, with the same defaults. This is against usability principles, as both items are in the same menu, and will lead to documentation, communication and maintenance problems. If File -> Export is the way of choice for exporting to foreign formats, "File -> Export as PDF" must be removed, at least in the Writer and Calc interface.
