RaccoonShow - http://www.jonobacon.org/projects/raccoonshow/ This takes a pdf presentation and blends it with an audio file, using a text file to specify the timings, into a flash file. It appears to be Linux specific 2. W3C SMIL spec - http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-smil/ I would have thought that this would be relatively simple to implement as an export filter.
