-0800 2006 ------- Two problems:

- javaldx: Could not find a Java Runtime Environment!
  Java not found. What java do you have (java -version)?
1.4.x. The one that came with Mandriva 2006.0. I'll check
  What OOo binary do
you have? Can you run file on soffice.bin?

OO 2.02.Rc1 from OO mirror

- Conflict in /usr/lib64/kde3/plugins/styles/plastik.so:
  Plugin uses incompatible Qt library!
expected build key "i686 Linux g++-4.0* full-config", got "x86_64 Linux
g++-4.0* full-config".

I am not concerned about the KDE errors, although I don't get them on the 32
bit box

Intermixing 64bit and 32bit binaries. OOo looks like 32bit and your KDE is 64bit. OOo is probably trying to load some KDE plugin, but it can't do
so - it is 32bit binary and you only have 64bit KDE installed.

Can you please try to run this before staring OOo?

export SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=generic

Is it better after it?

  I'm adding kendy for CC: because he knows KDE more than me.
