The following is a patch to apply to the pdfexportimprove CWS to update it at my current status. Notes: - the PDF standard dialog is still in place, it's even compiled, it's simply not instantiated. In the final form I'll delete it, unless improving the conditioned compile is thought to be a better solution; - I used the SfxTabDialog as the base class for the new dialog, but I wasn't able to have it resized correctly without adding a hidded control to it; - may be the way I choosed to manipulate the data beetween the Main dialog and its pages was not for the best.
