This is I think a "version" of issue#54404 and issue#56278. I post this because
I think the defect is not fixed in 2.0.1

In the attached zip, you will find 2 files: one.fft and one.csv. The two files
are the same, apart from the name. 

If I select insert -> sheet from file and then select one.csv, all is ok,
text-import dialog is shown. 

If I select one.fft, the operation silently fail. Nothing happen. I think that
the correct behaviour is to open the text import dialog if all else fails (like
MS-Excel do), or at least signal an error or something.
