Users propblem:
Taken from the FAQ
"How to get back tool bars that were closed or disabled previously?"
When a tool bar was closed, e.g., by clicking on the [X] button in the titlebar
then the tool bar is disabled entirely. It has to be re-enabled manually by the
user via the menu tool bar list. Please open the menu "View - Toolbars" and
choose the item for the respective tool bar (e.g., Table).
