IS -> TL: Making a module not deselectable should be the last option. Then we
could remove this module completely and add all content to the root module.
Better would be to find out, why the english module is needed for the german
thesaurus. Perhaps it is sufficient to shift some content from english module to
root module. Can you please investigate this?
