I reboot, and fire up OOO (waiiiiiit) :-) 2. I click the floating window styles. I can push it around for a loooong time (almost as long as an OOO-startup) - all seems fine 3. I continue pushing around the window - after maybe 2 minutes the floating window freezes for a few seconds and then recovers - but I cannot return to the main window any more - it's dead 4. I have to kill Writer. I make sure any OOO-process is killed and restart Writer 5. I open the styles-floating window, I try to push it around, it instantly freezes (no patience). I can reproduce this on my machine. This means - the bug is very difficult to find now (be patient the first time) - it survives a full OOO-restart and shows up instantly the second time!!
