Yes, that reminds a little to issue 56510

I checked with "2.0.1 RC5 German version WIN XP: [680m1(Build8990)]" and
conpared with "1.1.4 (German) WIN XP: [645m52 (Build 8824)]"

I can reproduce the problem, when I open the Document with 2.0.1 and check the
hyperlinks in ACQUA, ALBERGHI, AMBIENTE, ARIA, ..., I get those strange weblinks
as you see in my 'screenshots.png' under "My first test".
If I open '00index.doc' with OOo 1.1.4 WRITER, the hyperlinks will be shown a
normal hyperlinks to my harddisd.

But, funny thing:
If I open '00index.doc' as "Text Encoded" (ISO-8859-1),close without saving and
reopen quite normal as a .doc in OOo 2.0.1, the hyperlinks will be shown
correctly as links to my harddisk, as you see in 'screenshots.png' under "After
I opened fild as "Text Encoded"". I created a file '0alberghi.doc' and saved it
in the same folder as '00index.doc': the hyperlink in '00index.doc', which
failed in "My first test", now worked without problems. From then on the
hyperlinks also worked if I closed and reopened '00index.doc', and also in
copies of of that file, which I saved in the same folder with different names,
all hyperlink were shown als links to files on harddisk.

After I closed OOo and reopened '00index.doc' with 2.0.1, the hyperlinks were
shown as weblinks, until I did the "Text Encoded" trick again.

I was not able create a similar problem in files I created with WORD2000.

I was able to reproduce that problem with an own .doc created with OOo 1.1.4

1. Create a new 1.1.4 Text document with "1.1.4 (German)
  WIN XP: [645m52 (Build 8824)]"
2. Insert some words
3. highlight a word and create a hyperlink to a 'some.doc' somehow on
   the harddisk
4. Save document in the same folder as 'some.doc'
5. highlight some other word and create a hyperlink to 'someother.doc'
6. save document as 'WORD2000.doc'
7. reopen 'WORD2000.doc' with 2.0.1
8. check hyperlinks
   hyperlink from step 3 will be a weblink "http://some.doc/";
hyperlink from step 5 will be a file link like
   "file:///E:/Rainer/Eigene%20Dateien/..../00index_b.doc"

So the problems seem to be
- damaged hyperlinks created with in 1.1.4
- unability to use those hyperlinks in 2.0.1 (although they work for 1.1.4
  and WORD)

I do not have any idea what might be the best subcomponent for this issue.
