Hi,
not a bug and not an RFE. Text has to be quoted by default regarding to the csv
filter specification. And how should a csv filter determine that an empty line
is used to separate two blocks of data if it does not write out the
corresponding number of field delimiters ?
So this Issue is invalid and would be closed as such.
