Thank you so much, obr! 

I created a patch that has all the necessary files/changes in one patch (i.e. no
need to use the localizations.zip anymore). I also updated the CVS info on the
license files in the scripts (the 3 .pl:s) and modified the localize-strings.pl
slightly to change the comment in Localizable.strings files from "Localizations
for English language" to "Localizations for $lang language".

As obr said, there are no localisations in messages.ulf, other than the English
ones.

How does the OOo localization process work: Do we 
a) add manually the localizations to messages.ulf? or
b) put the current messages.ulf to CVS and wait for translator-project to do
their work?
