The original task describe the problem, that the data base form designer influence the states windows size/position of the writer module. Because for the user it's a "form designer" ... internaly it's a normal writer component. You whish to have these states (window position / size) persistent for documents . .. and not for application modules as they are designed today. This is definetly an RFE - not a defect.
