Instead of the file "license_xy.rtf" you want to use a file "license.rtf", that will not be translated. This seems to be a small change in packing process, should be no big problem. Then the license.rtf (no capitol letters) is displayed in the box with the scroll bar within the license dialog. 2. Which GUI do you mean, that shall contain the localizable text (three lines of text describing the license)? The dialog itself, that displays the license text?
