First, a sample document is quite essential for reproducing import/export
problems.
Second is, that only one problem should be file per issue. These are three or
four problems and this does not meet the issue submiting guidelines/rules.
I just can comment the problem that an exported index which is not editable in
MS Word. You must remove the write-protection from the index (in the Edit-Index
or even Insert-index dialog) before exporting the file to Word format.
Please file seperate issues and attach short sample documents. If you cannot
provide samples (because they are confidential like yours), send them directly.
