You might have misunderstood my comment: IMHO it is correct not to check for NULL Ptr when notifying, this should be done in the "add..." code (and I will do this). But also IMHO this most probably will not fix our real problem. IMHO we must throw a runtime exception when a NULL reference is added as a listener, that surely also will lead to a crash in case the culprit is in the office code. So we still need testing. BTW: I doubt that a lot of broadcaster implementations in our code will deal with NULL references.
