------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Mar 9 02:15:14 -0800 2006 ------- I have the printed by field in several of my .doc documents (an artifact from MS-Word, but a useful one). This is the Last Printed->Author field in openoffice. I am using the English GB version. After saving one of these documents and reopening it, the field shows a mixture of Kanji characters and arabic characters or the text H18N181818L. If I go to edit the field, the Edit Fields dialog shows the Last Printed->Date as being the selected field and the Format options look like Japanese date formats. If I reselect the Last Printed->Author field again, no format options are given. If I hit the left and right arrows on the Edit Fields dialog a few times and click around the different Last Printed fields, I eventually get presented with English date formats and correct formats for the Last Printed->Author field. Looks like a fault around the language settings for this field. This is a very useful field as it is needed for any Standard Operating Procedures and the like which are printed along with the Last Printed->Date field (FDA regulations). --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
