During our build on OOB680 somehow unpacking of hsqldb tarball failed at the
end, therefore nothing got build there. Unfortunately this slipped through our
build process undetected. The tarball allready contains the jar file which
should be built and 'deliver' takes it from the original destination where it
gets unpacked to. So, if the build fails after or at the end of unpacking, there
is no change to notice it afterwards: deliver will just take the unpacked,
unmodified jar file and copies it to solver, ana the pack process will happily
take it.

Solution:
1) I'll set this issue to 'fixed' and close it. It is targeted for OOo 2.0.3,
and for that code line it really is fixed (more precise: it never occured).
2) Ause (hjs) tries to make the unpack process more robust in that it notices if
unzipping the source tarball fails and stops with error.
3) Frank (fs) will submit a follow-up issue to remove the jar file from the
tarball and change the process so that the newly built jar file gets delivered
from standard location in output tree.
