I see it very sporatically, but it is definitely still there.  I use the blue
default scheme "subtle accents" a lot, and it seems to happen when you are
editing body text (on a very simple slide with only title and body fields) and
then page up and down to go to a previous or next page, then that page sometimes
loses the light blue behind the body.  I can't reliably get it back, but after
working with the presenation some more (switching pages, editing) it will appear
again after a while.

I'm not sure if the mini-slide on the left also disappears the light blue, next
time I see it I will take a screenshot.  I do see this on 2.0.

I don't have a problem leaving this as resolved, I can reopen when I have a
screenshot.
