Confirmed with OOo 2.0.2, WinXP

However, the png image specifies a resolution of 93x72dpi using the 'pHYs'
chunk- so OOo is working 'correctly'... although viewing the file in other
software shows the image as the User intended- ignores the non-square Pixel
Aspect Ratio (PAR). It is hard to know what the correct behaviour is in this
case, so  I have initially changed the Issue type to an Enhancement. From my
experience of working with png images, we should either ignore the dpi setting
altogether (I personally always strip out the 'pHYs' chunk, as it causes more
problems then it solves), or possibly always use a square PAR (taken from the
lowest dpi setting?). The latter seems to be favoured in the official
'suggestions for png decoders' (See links below).
