I will reflect them to the next patch set. As long as E3 and E4 is concerned, actually they are hiding some errors and some new patches have to be introduced. The most complex situation I faced was that system headers adoint.h and adoctint.h that are provided by MS Platform SDK include codings that cannot be compiled without -fpermissive. Moreover, adoctint.h has to be patched in external/ado and the patch data is currently provided gzip'ed. I added incremental patch to adoctint.h in external/mingwheaders and added dependency to external/ado. I have no idea for better solution. I am now checking the new patch set with m159. In the meantme, I have just decided to apply the changes in your B-C category unconditionally.
