Open the attachment;

There are two text lines, the first text line is longer than the second;

Select the first text line, and click "Align Right" in "Text Formatting" bar, 
nothing happened, click "Centered" nothing happened either;

Select the second text line, click "Align Right" in "Text Formatting" bar, it 
align right as the length of the first text line, click  "Centered", it act as 
the same way;

If the second text line is longer than the first text line, the second text 
line will remain unmove when use "Align Right" or "Centered".
