I can reproduce the bug.
It depends on the anchor of the text or respectively textbox
We should import the Top, middle or bottom Textanchor of the Textbox in PPT with
the corresponding row (top, middle, bottom) and full width selected in Impress.
Top centered, middle centered, bottom centered in PPT should be imported with
the corresponding row, middle position, and full width deselected.
as a workaround
- select the textbox
- go to Format/Text
- select Full width
now the behaviour is identical to PPT.
