What I could reproduce with random choices of FIRST_OFFICE = StarOffice
unxlnig6.pro SRC680m159 and SECOND_OFFICE = StarOffice unxlnig6.pro SRC680m124
is that FIRST_OFFICE is flooded with connection requests from SECOND_OFFICE, and
FIRST_OFFICE eventually hangs.
