We got a support call that for some users, the were only getting one type of
bullets to insert into a document.  My own personal account was showing the same
issue as well.  [Attaching shot of what the bullet selection UI looks like].

I found that by moving my .openoffice.org2 and doing a fresh install, they
worked correctly.  So it was clear that the problem was a legacy issue related
to a prior issue.  So by the process of elimination I found it to be the file
pspfontcache found in the users psprint directory.  [Attaching offending file].

When this file is there, bullets do not display.  When it's gone, they do not.

I don't know how you want to process this, but I wanted to bring it to your
attention.  The easy workaround for me is to delete that file each time our
users log into the server...but something is broken somewhere.
