pjanik: Yes it seems you are correct. I was using OOo 2.0.2rc2 for building and
was not aware there was a fix specifically for this SGEN stuff.

smsm1: It seems your printer's PPD (printer setup file provided by Mac OS X)
defaults to black and white. Maybe you have set it up that way in Mac OS X's
printer setup. In any case, I don't think there is anything else to do other
than that you will have to manually change your setting to colour, whenever you
want to print with colors.
