I can not provide you with an example in Hungarian but Spanish have one
character with multiple letters as the character "CH", as in Che Guevara.

Following our discussion in the list i propose the use of the TR35 convention 
of {}.

I attach a new locale and a text example (for spanish) for testing, the new
IndexKey looks as follows:

<IndexKey phonetic="false" default="true" unoid="alphanumeric">A-C {CH} D-N
Ñ-Z</IndexKey>
