I can confirm the behavior of bug 1 but don't think it's a defect. The
spreadsheet has a  TRUE() in the 4th argument, telling HLOOKUP that the data are
sorted, but once there's a 24:00 in A1, the data are no longer sorted, even if
it's displayed as 00:00. To see this, do a sort on the data, or trying putting a
FALSE in the 4th element.

Bug #2 doesn't sound good. If this is reproducible, please enter a full
description of how to reproduce as a new issue.

Changing type to DEFECT, and resolving.
