Maybe I didn't explain the problem clearly, as the insturctions you gave didn't
fix it. So let me try again.
I have included to screenshots. One showing the problem. The other showing what
is looks like after doing as you instructed.
As you can see the footnotes in the main area are going in the right order,
going from the right - 1 then 2 then 3. I did this by selecting the character
option when inserting the footnotes. But when you look at the footnotes at the
bottom it goes 3, then 2 then 1.
When I did your instructions it just put the footnotes them selves to the right
of the page with the number to the right of the footnote text.
I hope I articulated the probelm a little better this time.
