Numbering spec. part I, section 7.4 does not work like described in the spec.:

The second backspace deletes the paragraph instead of turning off the numbering.

I think this was O.K. in OOo 2.0.1, but there was a related issue with old
numbering or the like. So maybe this is a regression. If yes, the target has to
be discussed again.
