------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Feb 14 09:13:55 -0800 2005 ------- Best regards for everyone - my first post (issue) issued to OOorg. I love this package - I use it since it had been StarOffice 5.0. Now I have one complaint. I think this is not a good idea to force users installing OOo to have admin priviledges. I work in a company (Philips in Europe) that has very strict requirements for what is installed in our computers. OOo is not in their "accepted software list". It means that I had to install it without asking anyone. I have "Power user's" rights. Up to 1.1.4 it worked - I could use OOo. Please make some statement - if the non-administrator installation is something that you really plan to withdraw from, or it may come back? I think there are many more people in this situation. Way to reproduce: try to install without administrator priviledge. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
