------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Mar 31 10:09:35 -0800 2006 ------- I requested a smaller version of the offending document from the author, so I was sent a version without some graphics, so it is much smaller. I have uploaded a zipped copy of the smaller document. I have tried opening it with 2.0.2 and it too hangs. I was able to access a copy of MS Word 2000 and open and save the document in Word 6.0/95 format. OO Writer is able to open that version. Note that the progress bar that indicates import progress has completed and disappeared by the time OO hangs up on the aforementioned doc. PS There may be come quasi-confidential information in the uploaded document, so I request that it not enter the public domain in any way.
