It involves tables when in Writer. Create a table with multiple columns. (Try 20 columns x 1 row on a page with 1 inch margins and in Portrait orientation.) Then attempt to move a vertical border. If the vertical border you are attempting to move is too close to another vertical border to the right, the vertical border to the right gets moved instead of the one selected. Thanks for listening.
