This issue affects the Italian version as well.

It is clear that STR_CONTENT_TYPE_FRAME must be changed from "Text frame" to
"Text frames", and that this trivial fix solves the main problem.

Then, once the interface is consistent, you can address the problem with
different plural forms (that, by the way, does not affect Italian).
