Select the C B A (A2:A4) cells and A->Z sort them, auto filter disappears. Is this correct behaviour? Shouldn't the auto filter will be there? --- Side effect during testing: When you select Header C B A (A1:A4), you can A->Z sort them and the auto filter is still there until you'll select C from the filter.
