AFAICS this problem occurs, because the "formatting" of such a complex document
needs its time. When opening such a document, it is formatted in a background
task (idle formatting). This formatting process can be startet manually after
opening a document (Tools.Update.Page formatting) as a main task. After this,
the document should not change the layout until it is closed.
