2006 -------
This problem is for m162 (which is not yet in the version tree)!!! Untill now no
problem on this issue.
When printing from writer the document is spooled but the spool window doesn't
dissapear and the printer doesn't start printing. 
After killing writer the printer still doesn't print. 
Only after a reboot you get the document printed!!!

This happened for a HP DeskJet 930C on a USB port. Please look into it. I tried
it with several documents!
