This is a regression from the viewswitch cws.  It only occurs when the text edit
mode is not left explicitly before changing to the outline view: The text object
bar of the edit view is reused by the outline view without telling the object 
bar.

In the normal view the text object bar is normally activated or deactivated
according to the current selection. In the outline view the text object bar is
always active.  On switching from normal view to outline view with a selected
text object the edit mode is left, but that is not in time notified to the
ToolBarManager.  That sees that the text object bar has been active in the old
view and shall be active in the new view and therefore does not change it.

I have to find out whether it is better to turn off the text object bar before
switching views or whether it is possible to inform the text object of the view
switch.
