Yes, I can see that. As a workaround, change the format of the paragraph
"Vorwort" to some other style than "Überschift 2" (e.g. "Text body" and format
the font manually) or Remove "Überschrift 2" from 2nd level assignment in
Tools.Outline (German: Extras.Kapitelnumerierung).
MRU->OD: There is a 2nd level paragraph (Vorwort) above the first level heading.
Thus it starts counting with B. But I think, if second level is unnumbered, this
is not logical/expected.
