Sending the user to the corresponding native-lang's project's download page is
the intended behaviour.
There is a "bug" in the current download-site that allows you to go back from
the contributing page and then select a version even when the language is not
english (US) (the only version available directly from the main-download page).
You're not supposed to go back :-)
This is fixed in the current proposals.

(well, with the latter one one still could go back and click on the windows-link
and get the english version (but the page still will read "english language
downloads").
I doubt that fixing that before we get one of the new pages up is necessary,
thus closing worksforme since it will be solved in a couple of days anyway.
