------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sat Apr 8 09:12:01 -0700 2006 ------- On further investigation, it is evident that the "Printer Settings..." are dependent on the format of the first page (if this is an envelope it is different from the body of the letter). If the paper settings are for landscape and the first page is formatted to print the envelope in landscape, everything works ok. But, in the case of the Xerox Phaser 8200, the envelope cannot be printed from the paper tray and must be manually inserted at 90ยบ to the horizontal - in portrait orientation. Choosing the option of #10 envelope in manual feed option, the envelope prints out correctly. In order for correct printing of the envelope and the letter without resetting the page formatting and printer settings, the "Printer Settings..." should remain independent of the page formatting. Presently this can only be fixed in reprogramming these functions.
