I've attached a patch that should make the required changes and assigned this
issue to you. I've not tested the patch, because I have no checkout. The files
themselves are too big to attach, so I've put them here:

Please note that de_DE and de_AT are *exactly* the same, so I'm not sure if we
should have e.g. a README for de_AT. As the files are quite big, de_AT should
not be duplicated (at least not in the files that users download). So maybe a
line like this would be better?: "THES de AT th_de_DE_v2", i.e. just linking
AT texts to DE?
