This is a packaging problem - the directxcanvas.uno.dll differs from the one in
SO8_PP2. Copying the SO_PP2 dll into the ML installation fixes the problem.
@kz: please take over - additionally, also dbghelp.dll, shlxthdl.dll and
svgfilter680mi.dll seem to be different.
