The problem is, that the vertical position of the frame is "bottom" to
"paragraph area" (as stated in the summary of the issue). This (unfortunately)
cannot be calculated precisely in every case, because when Writer calculates the
(changed) posotion of a frame, it also has to reformat the paragraph to the new
position of the frame. And this may change the paragraphs bottom line and might
trigger a new positioning of the frame which itself triggers a new paragraph
formatting and so on... This will lead to Loop sutuations of course and can only
be prevented by stopping the process with an inaccurate position of the frame.
Thus, the issue will be closed as "wontfix", because it is not possible to solve
the problem anyway for EVERY situation of frame positioning.
