The upper entry calls ".uno:SwitchControlDesignMode" and the lower entry calls
".uno:SwitchXFormsDesignMode". But because both have "helpid:10629" and the
symboltext is indentical user cannot see, that they are different. The entries
should have different symboltexts, different helptexts and/or different Icons.

On my system, OOo-dev2m162 on German WinXP, the toolbars do not show the error
which mechtilde decribes. But I haven't got m163, to see what it looks there. On
my OOo the toolsbars only show that icon which is correct in the context, in
normal forms the upper, in Xforms the lower one.
