I think, you got the impact of the issue wrong. I agree, that we cannot fully
support all field definitions at the moment (would need a redesign). But al
least the values should be kept.
This was possible in 1.1.x (just open the template with 1.1.5, save as .doc and
reopen in 1.1.5 -> values are correctly shown).
Due to this I'm setting regression keyword. Changed summary to make more clear,
what the issue is about.
