However, I would feel more comfortable if the new tag would be assembled in a ByteString before it is passed to the out stream, as it is the case with the span tag a few lines below. This would be - more consistent with the remaining html filter code - slightly faster if the out stream is not buffered - more type safe. However, I have to admit that the opening comment following the style element is alow not following these guidelines.
