The style settings and draw mode of the involved output devices were not
correctly updated after turning the high contrast mode on or off.
The ObjectContactOfPageView as well as the PreviewRenderer did not use the
updated style settings of the original device/application.
The preview cache of the slide sorter was not invalidated and thus the previews
were not updated.
