------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue May 2 02:52:18 -0700 2006 ------- I found that Base doesn't work correctly with Win98SE anymore, if I install the last update of Java (1.5.06), whereas it works well with, say, Java 1.5.02. It's easy to reproduce the problem, you only have to open whatever table you like. It'll take from seconds to minutes, depending on table's size, but in any case it'll be heavily slow.
