Opened issue after review of current issues. Discovered that it is a duplicate
of 64880 which concerns Wizards hanging on startup. This issue is a duplicate
of 64460, which was a coding error which caused the Wizard process to go into an
endless loop and hang OpenOffice.org so that the process could not be terminated
without killing X11 on the Mac OS X platform.
