Please verify the issue.
The appearence of the dialog along with the error message during activation is a
result of the issue 36896, since after the double click the timer is started
along with the normal activation.
After the mentioned issue is fixed the scenario will be possible only if user
activates the object during it's automatic activation, in this case the error
message will be related to the user action ( means that the requested by user
action can not proceed because the activation is already in progress ).
re-open issue and try to reassign to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
